We are recruiting experienced and dedicated HGV Drivers on behalf of our client a well-established leader in the logistics industry. We are looking for both Class 1 and Class 2 drivers who are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods across the UK.

Salary:

• Class 1 PAYE: £15.50 per hour or £17.00 per hour with holiday rolled up.
• Class 2 PAYE: £14.00 per hour or £15.50 per hour with holiday rolled up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate HGV Class 1 or Class 2 vehicles, including loading and unloading cargo.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Report any mechanical issues or delays to the operations team.

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 license.
• Driver CPC qualification.
• Digital tachograph card.
• Minimum of 2 years of HGV driving experience.
• Strong understanding of UK road networks and traffic regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights, if required.
